Here is a website where you can get Serif products for free. They are not the very latest release versions but for home users they should have enough features to get you started. These are from a valid Serif website and the only condition is that you need to register to get the legit free licence number

I have used some of their software over the years and although these may not have all the latest & greatest features of the paid for versions they will probably do what most home users need - and as we always say north of the border - free is good. Thumbs up

I've only used the Pageplus & Webplus before with good results. The only thing to watch with Webplus if your going to do a bit of web design is that your webspace host supports webplus before you do all your hard work and then find it does not support it.
