In the hospital,severe thyoiditis handled with surgery May, has left me with swelling and chocking on any drink or food. Some High Dose steroid is helping but not done yet! Maybe tomorrow...

I have an underactive thyriod, on Medication for it seems to be working.

Trying to heal, but slow. Me too, hypothyroid, but polyp caused left thyroid to become HUGE, and was removed, graciously benign. That left me infections and one of those may have caused this swelling.

A big accomplishment was taking an oral med this evening without coughing it up. Whoopee, if I could drink more w/o chocking on it!
