No two days are the same at the moment. One day it can be 16-20 C and the next itis down to 10 again and the wind is blowing so it feels even colder.

At this time of year I wish it would make up its mind.

Over night it gets to around 68 degrees F currently. That's just here in southeastern NC.. because of where the ocean and the mountains are situated in this state, the heat and humidity just sits on us from Late May through the middle of August and then the humidity at least goes away. We've been having a lot of rain rather late in our spring, but at least we're getting it finally! Hurricane season has started so i wonder how that will pan out. They are expecting an active season, but who knows. Last season was very mild. Hopefully nothing tragic will happen this year.

They are up 2 games to 1 in the best of 7 series... sure... the problem is special teams... their penalty kill and power play are dismal. They need to get their act together and steal one in Philly. I think Philly is getting away with some crap too, but I'm not gonna cry about it... the Blackhawks are gonna have to play through it. I suspect the Blackhawks are guilty of listening to the Chicago media that is pretty much saying they are gonna win... Last time I checked, championships are earned; not handed to you by the press. They need to want it more. Niemi (the goalie) again stood on his head but came up short tonight.

That happened to the Cats in 2008 in the big one. They thought it was just going to happen. Didn't let it happen last year. They seem to have the same focused mentality this year. Hope they can carry it through.

A few hours further North.. a lot of Rain here the last couple of days, still raining now. Managed to get 18 holes of golf in yesterday and didn't get wet.. Had a good round as well.. Thumbs up
